OPTIONAL COVERAGES SUMMARY
EXCESS E&0 INSURANCE
Each insurance coverage under the RECO Insurance Program has its own specific Claim Reporting Form.
- If you are aware of a claim or potential claim situation, please contact the appropriate source as listed below as quickly as possible. A claim includes a demand (e.g. a threat) or a lawsuit or a notice of arbitration. A circumstance is a potential claim and should also be reported.
- It’s important to submit claims during the policy year, click here for more details on the importance of reporting by August 31, 2020.
- Please select the appropriate form, download it and complete all of the information requested. Upon completion please mail, fax or email the form and documentation (if any) to the Program Adjuster, ClaimsPro LP.
- Your coverage is on a “claims made” basis – in other words the policy requires that the “claim” is first made against you and is reported to the insurer during the policy period (September to August).
Please make sure that you review the questions carefully and that you submit all of the documentation requested to ensure that your claim can be reviewed promptly.
Note : If you have been served with any court documentation you should pick up the phone and call the Program Adjuster immediately even if you have not completed the Claim Reporting Form.
