	Excess Liability Insurance

	Alternative Risk Services is pleased to advise that it has arranged an Excess Errors and Omissions Insurance facility for RECO registrants looking for additional protection over and above RECO's primary insurance coverage. This valuable coverage is being offered by Chubb Insurance Company of Canada - an insurer who we are confident will be able to service your Excess Errors and Omissions Insurance needs at affordable rates. Some of the features of the Chubb Excess Policy are as follows: Policy limit options of $1 million, $2 million, $3 million and $4 Million is available; Limited 'drop down' coverage for some matters not completely covered by RECO's insurance policy (e.g. Property Management in excess of 35% of revenues, MVA-R etc); Minimum premium of $1500.

Some of the features of OfficePak are as follows: Property coverage; Crime coverage; Commercial General Liability coverage; Policy limits of up to $5,000,000; Premiums subject to exposure base.
